How long is the free trial?

The free trial lasts for 6 months with full access to all features. No credit card is required to sign up. After the trial period, you can choose between our Monthly (€16.95/user/month) or Yearly (€14.95/user/month) plans, or cancel without charges.

Can I import data from other project management tools?

Currently, AdCompro does not have automated import from other tools. However, you can manually create projects using our Project Templates feature to quickly replicate project structures. For large-scale migrations, contact our support team at support@adcompro.app for assistance.

How does calendar sync work with Microsoft 365?

AdCompro connects to your Microsoft 365 account via OAuth2 (secure authorization). Once connected:

  • Events sync automatically every 15 minutes
  • Create events in AdCompro or Outlook - both stay in sync
  • Convert calendar events to time entries with one click
  • Two-way sync keeps everything updated

You'll need to configure Azure AD app settings. See Calendar Integration docs.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You have 30 days to export your data before deletion
  • You can download projects, time entries, invoices, and customer data
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted for privacy compliance
  • Backup copies are deleted within 90 days according to our retention policy

How do I add team members to my account?

To invite team members:

  1. Navigate to Users → Invite User
  2. Enter their name, email, and select a role (Admin, Project Manager, User, Reader)
  3. Set an initial password or send invitation email
  4. Assign them to specific projects with custom permissions

Each user counts toward your billing. Monthly plan: €16.95/user, Yearly: €14.95/user.

Can I customize invoice templates?

Yes! AdCompro includes a drag-and-drop invoice template builder:

  • 18 different content blocks (header, line items, payment terms, etc.)
  • Custom colors and branding
  • Configure which fields to show per block
  • Set different templates per customer or project
  • Preview before finalizing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (for European customers)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Bank transfer (for yearly plans)

All payments are securely processed through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted backups with 90-day retention
  • Role-based access control and authentication
  • 24/7 security monitoring and intrusion detection
  • GDPR compliant data processing
  • Regular security audits and updates

🔧 Troubleshooting

Can't Login to My Account

Solution:

  • Verify you're using the correct subdomain (yourcompany.adcompro.app)
  • Check email for login credentials
  • Try password reset via "Forgot Password"
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Contact support if issue persists

Calendar Not Syncing

Solution:

  • Check Azure AD app configuration (Client ID, Secret, Tenant ID)
  • Verify redirect URI matches your domain
  • Re-authorize Microsoft 365 connection
  • Ensure Calendar.ReadWrite permission is granted
  • Check Settings → Microsoft 365 for sync status

Time Entries Not Showing in Budget

Solution:

  • Ensure time entries are approved (not pending/draft)
  • Check if time entry is linked to correct project
  • Verify entry is marked as billable
  • Check budget calculation date range
  • Refresh the page or recalculate budget

Invoice Not Generating Correctly

Solution:

  • Check that time entries are approved and within billing period
  • Verify invoice template is properly configured
  • Ensure customer has billing information
  • Check for required fields (invoice number, dates)
  • Try using default template to isolate issue

Team Members Can't See Projects

Solution:

  • Check user is assigned to the project
  • Verify user role has sufficient permissions
  • Ensure user account is active (not disabled)
  • Check user is in same company as project
  • Review project-specific permissions for user

Email Notifications Not Arriving

Solution:

  • Check spam/junk folder for emails from @adcompro.app
  • Add support@adcompro.app to safe senders list
  • Verify email address in your user profile is correct
  • Check notification settings in Settings → Preferences
  • Contact support if emails consistently missing
